Returns

If for any reason you need to return this merchandise, please send it to us within 30 days and we will refund your money. Non-returnable items include textbooks (after the third week from the beginning of each Fall and Winter semester and after the first week of the Summer semester) and customized course packets. Original plastic packaging wrap must be intact to receive a refund for computer software and printer accessories/supplies, music CDs/cassettes, video games, videotapes and DVDs. When returning merchandise, please include all original packaging and paperwork received with your order. On the back of the receipt, simply fill out the reason for your return. Mail your return to:
